Our 30th North East Conference warmly welcomes David Dolan back to Gateshead. He is presently on tour with Christian Friends of Israel.
David is a Jerusalem-based author and journalist. Born and raised in the USA, he has lived in Israel since 1980.
Formerly working for CBN-TV, David became a regular reporter for the CBS Radio Network in 1988 - soon after the first Palestinian uprising.
He covered the 1991 Gulf War along with the second intifada in 2000.
As a popular international speaker he has lectured many times world wide at Christian conferences, secular universities as well as Jewish synagogues and civic groups.
As an author his books have been reprinted a number of times and two have been translated into many languages.

Venue
Emmanuel College is on Consett Road, Lobley Hill, Gateshead, NE11 0AN
Directions by road
From the A1 (North or South): turn off at the A692 to Consett. From that roundabout go up the hill towards Consett. At the top of the hill, keep left and go straight across the mini-roundabout. The College entrance is on the right 200 yards further on.
From the Gateshead end of the Tyne Bridge: follow the A184 marked Consett / Team Valley / Metro Centre / A1. After about a mile and a half, join the A1 (South) for a few hundred yards, keeping in the left hand lane, until the junction with the A692, then continue as from the A1 above.
Buses
From Gateshead Metro Interchange, Stand B: 95 to Cragside Gardens on the estate opposite the College or X30 / X31 / X70 / X71 to the top of Lobley Hill.
